Affiant is of sound mind, with no known mental defects. Affiant is under the influence of no mind altering substances. Affiant has reached the age of consent. Affiant has been contacted by police of the CITY OF GLENWOOD SPRINGS, COUNTY OF GAFIELD, CITY OF NEW CASTLE, AND COUNTY OF MESA more times than affiant can recall in regards to the safety and welfare of affiants female offsping Yarrow Dawn of the family Ator. Police agents refrained from removing affiant's chattel property, offspring known as Yarrow Dawn of the family Ator. Affiant has not had female offspring removed from affiant's care at any of these times. At all of these incidents, police officer[s] have stated that petitioner Johanna Ator has been the individual who called them. Affiant has been the victim of countless incidents of verbal abuse. Affiant has been denied rightful parenting time signed by a magistrate of the 9th district court on July 1, 2008 countless times by petitioner Johanna Ator. Affiant has compained to police of the corporation called CITY OF GLENWOOD SPRINGS regarding comtempt of court against the lawful agreement signed July 1, 2008 by a magistrate. Affiant has been threatened with treapassing charges countless times by petitioner Johanna Ator for simply attempting to retrieve affiant's offspring to exercise parenting time. Affiant has been the victim of physical abuse in the form of striking, slapping, and pushing from petitioner Johanna Ator during the marriage of affiant and Johanna Ator. Affiant has witnessed petitioner Johanna Ator screaming and using abusive language to affiant's offspring Yarrow Dawn, of the family Ator. Affiant has grown weary of the drastic changes in the petitioner's unpredictable behavior. Affiant has no remedy for petitoner Johanna Ator's affliction. Further affiant says not.
