-2Information for Graduate GET SCHEME 1

STIPENDARY SCHEME WITH AN OBLIGATION TO SERVE NTTF FOR A PERIOD OF 2 YEARS AFTER TRAINING OF ONE YEAR An intensive training will be given for a period of one year (DETAILS GIVEN IN THE

COVERING LETTER)

Option 1 : Has to pay a security deposit of Rs 24000/- which will be refundable after

successful completion of the scheme of 3 years (1 year training + 2 years of on the job training) Or Option 2 : Has to pay a security deposit of Rs. 24000/- @ Rs.2000/- per month which will be deducted in 12 equal monthly installments from the stipend which will paid during the initial training period of one year.

Will get a Stipend of Rs 7500/- per month during initial training period for one year. After one year of training, depending on their performance during training and the final

exam, they will be absorbed as Training Officer. They should be ready to work in any of our Training center.

The graduates from Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/IT/Computer stream will be eligible

for gross salary of Rs.20, 200/-, Rs.16, 500/- per month depending upon location after one year of training and will be eligible for regular increment there after. If any one discontinues during the training period, he / she will have to forgo the security deposit paid, repay the stipend received and in addition pay Rs. 2000/- for every month of training as training fee.

Has to execute an agreement with NTTF to serve the organization for a period of 3 years

including one year training. If any one discontinues during the agreement period or after initial training period,

compensation is payable to NTTF as indicated above. The compensation payable will be reduced at the rate of Rs. 4000/- per month for every completed month of service during 2nd and 3rd year. ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE AGREEMENT PERIOD OF 3 YEARS (1+2 YEARS) THE CANDIDATE WILL GET BACK THE SECURITY DEPOSIT PAID IN FULL.

GET SCHEME 2
NON-STIPENDARY SCHEME WITH OUT ANY OBLIGATION TO SERVE NTTF AFTER TRAINING OF ONE YEAR (DETAILS GIVEN IN THE COVERING LETTER)

An intensive training will be given for a period of one year (DETAILS GIVEN IN THE COVERING LETTER) Has to pay a Training fee of Rs 75,000/- non refundable ( can be paid in two installments Rs.50000 initial deposit and remaining after 3 months ) If any one discontinues the course at any time during the training he / she will have to forgo the training fee paid. No stipend will be provided under this scheme

NOTE: THE INTENSIVE TRAINING WILL EQUIP THE TRAINEES TO TAKE UP ASSIGNMENTS AS EXECUTIVES IN ANY INDUSTRY / INSTITUTIONS.

Option 2 : Has to pay a security deposit of Rs. 24000/- @ Rs.1500/- per month which

will be deducted in 12 equal monthly installments from the stipend which will paid during the initial training period of one year.

Will get a Stipend of Rs 6,000/- per month during initial training period for one year. After one year of training, depending on their performance during training and the final

exam, they will be absorbed as Assistant Training Officer/Assistant Engineer. They should be ready to work in any of our centers.

The Diploma from Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/IT/Computer stream will be eligible

for gross salary of Rs.17,108/-, Rs 14,383/- per month depending upon location after one year of training and will be eligible for regular increment thereafter.

If anyone discontinues during the training period, he / she will have to forgo the security

deposit paid, repay the stipend received and in addition pay Rs. 2,000/- for every month of training as training fee. Has to execute an agreement with NTTF to serve the organization for a period of 3 years including one year training.

If any one discontinues during the agreement period or after initial training period,

compensation is payable to NTTF as indicated above. The compensation payable will be reduced at the rate of Rs. 3,000/- per month for every completed month of service during 2nd and 3rd year.
