February 1, 2011 Hi Sir/Madam, Here's the full incident report: At around 7:00 pm of Thursday, December 22, 2011 I withdrew

money from Security Bank Annapolis GH branch, near my office. At around 7:30- pm, I was hailing a taxicab. The cab was a beat-up white four-door sedan car with plate number TYL-409; I later found out, when the driver who tipped me off to his co-conspirators was arrested and detained on January 6, that the cabs body name is MVBS (more on that later) but the plate number was a duplicate and not actually registered to the body model. The front windshield had the "cleanfuel" sticker (signifying it's using LPG gas power instead of gasoline), and black rubber at the back windows. The seats were all black leather, and there was a plastic rose in a plastic pot at the dashboard. When I locked the doors I found that the locks were destroyed; it was only later that I found out that they had been rigged to open from the outside. We made the turn from Annapolis, to EDSA, and then the U-turn under Ortigas flyover. We entered corner to White Plains, at Temple Drive, past People Power Monument. At a vacant lot within Temple Drive area, near Greenmeadows and before Meralco, four men came in and they kicked my current driver, who said pasensya na, Maam (Im sorry, Maam), out of the cab.

Man 1 (guy by my right,): Crew cut, chiseled face, somewhat pointy chin, small eyes, muscular build but slightly big stomach, with stubble, dark-skinned Man 2 (guy by my left, alias Bebot for his baby face): Dark-skinned, round face, chubby cheeks, bulging eyes, no beard/moustache, short hair parted at the middle, wearing blue long-sleeved Adidas sweater with white stripes at shoulders and sleeves, had a baseball cap that looked a lot like the red Air Asia cap with white text, pudgy arms and legs Man 3/Boss: Square face, flat cheeks, moustached stereotypical bad guy minus the big beard, dark-skinned, far-set bulging eyes, light moustache, beard, wearing blue longsleeved Adidas sweater with white stripes at shoulders and sleeves, parang may white shirt sa loob, with grey beanie hat, had tubo, gravelly voice, muscular arms, pudgy legs Man 4/Driver (alias "Bobot"): White cap, white shirt, circular glasses, features remind me of Brod Pete (yung comedian), thin, dark-skinned

The perpetrators drove me around EDSA from the Ortigas area to Quezon City, specifically as far as the U-turn right before SM North, for almost 3 hours. They kept threatening to bring me to Bulacan and rape me especially when I initially refused to give them the items I was carrying. They took my ATM cards (Security Bank, BPI Express Teller), my Metrobank credit card, my black BlackBerry Torch 9800 with black Otter protective case (with unique BlackBerry PIN 2308DC17), my personal Nokia phones (one is a pink 6020, the other is a black 2700 Classic), my Sony Cyber-shot silver T-100 digital camera, and my black Sony Vaio E-series laptop. After Boss made some calls, the gang dropped Boss off at Cubao walkway underpass, EDSA southbound at around 9:00 pm so he could withdraw money. They were smart enough to keep me inside the car. He came back and tried to strangle, punch, slap, throw shoes/slippers at me when he couldn't get my credit card PIN out of me (it was fairly new and I did not know the PIN at all). They took turns trying to beat me up at some point, except for Driver/Bobot because he was driving. I fought back, and they told me they would rape me because I wouldn't give them enough money (they needed PhP20,000.00 and even used Typhoon Sendong as a reason to hold me up). At around 10:00 pm they turned into NIA Road near the Bureau of Internal Revenue/PDEA offices in Quezon City, and threw me out the cab. When Boss tried to hit me with a pipe/tubo, I vaguely remember clawing and kicking back, taking whatever was left of my things, and running

away. I found myself at the Quezon City Post Office security guard house (at the gate), and made phone calls to my mother's office, and my best friend's house as those were the only numbers I could contact. The security guards manning the Quezon City Post Office had arranged for me to be brought to the Quezon City Police Station 10-Kamuning, which was the nearest station from the Post Office at the time. With my family finally arriving around 11:30 pm to almost midnight, we went to the Quezon City Police Station 10-Kamuning/EDSA. We waited for a graying-haired 40-ish cop in a white undershirt and police uniform pants named SPO4 Patricio Sanosa (Sanyosa), to whom I gave my initial statement, which is attached. I told him about what I recall about the cab, but he did not ask at all about identifying the criminals. On midnight of Friday, December 23, I was confined for a medico-legal examination at St. Lukes Medical Center in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. This lasted until 6:00 pm the same day, where the results showed that my injuries were of a superficial degree. Kindly see medico-legal results enclosed. On the same day, my friend gave this information about the taxicab used to hold me up: Plate Number: TYL 409 / E#: 2E-3254892 / C#: EE110-8009918 / MV#: 138000000225318 / Col: Freedom White / Sticker#: 2011122773755 / MVType: Car / TradeName: / Make: Toyota/ Series: COROLLA XL M/T / YRModel: 2001 / MVClass: FOR - HIRE / Org: MARVIN SANTOS.. / OR#: 000201111852482 / CR#: 000000005541645 / BType:SEDAN - 4-DOOR / FRegDate: 09-252001 / LRegDate: 09-30-2011 / Fuel: GAS / Route: MARIKINA ANY PT TO LUZON / Franchise#: 96-945 / FEDate: 12-31-2007 / Total Apps: 0 /Total Alarms: 0 / Customer ID CO1378000031312 / Add: 10 MAYSAN ST. VALENZUELA I returned to QC PS-10 on Christmas Day to make corrections to the official copy of the police report I originally filed. There I met a woman named Donna Araujo who was held up on Christmas Day from Main Avenue in Cubao and dropped off at Balete Drive by the same taxicab, as we later found out. We are currently in limited correspondence. I am in cooperation with SPO2 Sgt. Rolando Del Rosario of QC PS-10, Sgt. Bernardo Vallesteros of QC PS-08/Project 4, the DACU and the DPIOU in catching the perpetrators. Kindly see enclosed statements and documents. On Friday, January 6, 2012, the man who was originally driving me, Pablito Manatad y Melencio, originally from Leyte but currently based in Quezon City, was arrested. He was caught for a traffic violation, the details of which escape me at the moment. The impounding police unit DACU called myself and Ms. Donna when they realized that the taxicab they held up was the same taxicab that was used to hold us up. As it so happened that the taxicab was assigned to two drivers, both drivers were asked to be at QC PS-10, while the owner, Marvin Santos, was asked to verify if it was a double plate because it was caught when the original was at the garage (it was a double plate). We were made to visit the DACU where we both verified that it was indeed the same taxicab that was used to hold us up. Manatad should be in custody at Quezon City Jail because according to Sgt. Del Rosario, there was already a warrant of arrest out for him for a frustrated homicide case. On Tuesday, January 17, Ms. Donna and I were asked by Sgt Del Rosario to visit the DPIOU because they had arrested two co-conspirators of Manatad, namely Glenn Meyuque y Enoy and Romeo Gonzales y Cahilig, both based in Quezon City. They were able to point us in the direction of Bebot and Boss, who remain at large as of this time. I was advised by Sgt Vallesteros to file a case against Manatad, Enoy, Cahilig, Bebot and Boss at the Quezon City Office Of The Prosecutor. I received subpoena XV-03-INV-12A-00467, related to Enoy and Chilig, on Friday, January 27, 2012.

For your reference, my mobile phone SIMs, ATM and credit cards have all been replaced. Unfortunately I traced the new owner of the stolen phone to an Angelice Quemuel, who acknowledged that she purchased it at St. Francis Square on December 26, although she removed me from her contacts list right afterwards. The staff of Security Bank-Annapolis branch were able to trace the ATM withdrawal transactions at Metrobank-Valencia Hills branch, which to the best of my knowledge has not been able to follow through with our request to provide us a video from the ATM machine dated December 22, 2011. Thank you. Sincerely, Ma Jocelyn Bordador
