As Sr.Sales Manager in Mithra Agencies


Achieved a growth rate of 20% resulting in the sale of 4000 cars per annum. Reaching 4000 cars made the company become Gold Category Dealer fetching an incentive of Rs2.5mn. Increased car loan disbursals from Rs.450 million to Rs. 600 million per annum. The commission from the Finance companies to the dealership has gone up to Rs.5million. Improved the customer care handling process and reduced the complaints rate saving Rs.20000 monthly. Awarded the Top Dealer Award by SBI for registering Rs.48 million business under MUL-SBI tie-up.
