Shroff & Co., Mumbai (June 2011) Researched on procedure of conversion of an unlimited liability company to a limited liability company; Variation in rights of shareholders; Conversion of a Firm to a Limited liability partnership; Reduction of share capital by unlimited company; Issuing of preference shares having voting rights by private companies; Whether in a general partnership, Partner can be given fixed salary/remuneration in lieu of share in profits. SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENT
Represented Asia and received 7th Best Advocate/Client Award in 10th International Law School Mediation Tournament organized by International Academy of Dispute Resolution held at BPP Law School, London from 22nd - 26th March, 2011. Awarded 5th Best Mediator in the University during the Third Annual Inter Batch Mediation Competition held in the University for the year 2010-11.

Attended National Workshop on Copyright Amendment Bill 2010 conducted by CSIPR at NLIU in April 2011. Pursued a course on Law & Globalization conducted by Dr. Mohan Gopal, Director, NJA, Bhopal in 2010. Participated in a colloquium on Communal Violence (Prevention, Control & Rehabilitation of victims) Bill, 2009. Presented a paper on Prison System and Reforms in the 34th Sociological Conference organized by Department of Sociology, University of Rajasthan, and Jaipur in December 2008. Prepared an Analytical Report on the Gross Human Rights Violation in Tibet (Paper Submitted at the M.P. State Human Rights Commission in 2008)

Attended a symposium on How to combat terrorism? organized by Indian Society of Criminology, Bhopal chapter in 2009. Participated in Intra Batch Moot Court Competition in 2008. Participated in the 31st All India Criminology Conference held at NLIU, Bhopal in January 2008. Participated in a Legal Awareness Program conducted by the Constitutional Law Cell in association with People United for Law, Education and Rehabilitation in 2010.
