Willing Creative links creativity with the corporate sector and government to stimulate innovation and build better business for the creative industry. This multidisciplinary consultancy offers creative direction, project management, strategy, and sponsorship and partnership brokering between creative industry and business. Through these services, Willing Creative develops and delivers large and small-scale projects ranging from seminars, awards, workshops and major events, to public art, cultural programmes, curatorial strategies, and publications. Willing Creative collaborates with an extensive network of specialist creatives and industry experts to deliver innovative solutions that challenge thinking and inspire action, assisting the arts and cultural industry, government, and the corporate sector to engage audiences, build capacity, develop industry, and grow business.

ABOUT ROMY WILLING As founding Director of Willing Creative, Romy Willing has over 17 years experience in the creative sector, with particular expertise in visual art, craft, design, fashion, film, and the music industry. With a calm and considered approach, Romy brings to a project a wealth of arts and cultural knowledge together with rigorous strategic thinking and business insight. Romy has held arts management positions with Queensland Artworkers Alliance, the Public Art Unit of the Queensland Department of Public Works Project Services, and with Artisan, Queenslands peak body representing craft and design. Romy established Willing Creative in 2011 in response to corporate demand for enhanced engagement with creativity, and a demand within the creative sector for diversification of revenue streams and improved business acumen. Romy holds a Bachelor of Fine Art in Photography from the Corcoran School of Art and Design, Washington DC and a Master of Arts Management and Creative Enterprising from Queensland University of Technology.
