Star Base 11 uses holographic technology and synthesizer technology as an You see, because of wrongful alien intervention in the

important aspect of its daily operations.

History of The Earth, at some point the Planet Earth is involved with something like the End of the World, or Earth Changes, or devasting world war or even culture wars, such that the technology and culture of the Earth is bounced back to approximately 100,000 B.C., and then the whole thing starts over again. Realizing this, a movement began where certain individuals began to develop Q type abilities and Quantum Beings, who were both familiar with a high level of technological development, but also a high level or Justice and Social Justice, Economic Development, and a high level of people and Earth friendly Environmental Technology and Energy Technology, and a high level of philosophy, jurisprudence and philosophy and Spirituality. Using Quantum Abilities, Anton Fejfar and others were able to interface quantum

physics, holographic physics, newtonian physics, magic, and metaphysics, to develop and manifest Star Base 11, which is quasi located on the Earth, but also can shift the quantum probability of Star Base 11 to alternate Earths which are parallel to other alternate Earths. The Mission of Star Base 11, is to educate and train and to defend Basic Values and Higher Values, and to also develop both knowledge and practical intuition or wisdom in its students and trainees to that they have better lives and existences and are more effective in what they do. Star Base 11 is Critical Thomist, while Star Base 10 is Critical Realist, and Star Base 9 is Thomist. Once a person enters Star Base 11, it is virtually impossible to leave. The exit doors are really holographic door which simulate the outer world to some degree. Also, it is possible to enter

holodeck worlds which parallel times and places on the Earth, including but not limited to Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome, Ancient Israel, and Mideavel Europe. It is also possible to

enter a holodeck to crew a remote Star Ship. Ordinarily you would enter a holo door which opens into a shuttle craft which then takes you and others out to a Star Ship. This all takes place on a Holodeck on Star Base 11, which interfaces with the outside world and universe. In order for this Star Base 11 development to take place, a working movie set and tourist attraction Star Base 11" must be built north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a new Star Trek television series, Star Base 11" must be started with the screen play and commander and commodore in charge, being me, Anton Fejfar. Of course, the Star Trek Star Ships such as the Enterprise and the Voyager, and the various crew members will all be on the crew of Star Base 11, which is also Star Fleet Academy.
