Interesting Projects
CMS Quality Measures Proactive Monitoring

I led in design and development of Core Measures Quality Monitory system at Epic that helped several large hospitals in collecting the data at the floor and provided tools to proactively monitor and improve the troubled areas. The whole process was augmented by real time and end-of-session projected score reports.
Overhaul of State of Wisconsin Bill Drafting System

I helped in complete redesign and redeployment of the 16 year old State of Wisconsin bill drafting system. The new system will cost only one tenth as much as the original one and will streamline the legislative processes and greatly reduce

dependence on aging 3rd party tools. A key goal is to preserve the data form the legacy system and assist users in transition to the new system.
Unsupervised Learning for Information Retrieval Systems

A clustering algorithm implementation that used term frequency over document frequency to calculate similarity between documents contained in a static corpus and created clusters using Euclidean distance as the similarity function.
