Be sure to choose the right length ladder. First measure the distance from the ground to eaves and then check this chart for the correct size. This chart allows for the proper overlap and a 3 ft. extension of the ladder above the eaves as required by the minimum safety codes.

After written approval by the manufacturer, the ladder or defective part must be returned prepaid to the manufacturer.
