SURVEYS & PSC

BV rescue boat davits 5 years load test carried out 16.09.2011.

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT

Navigational equipment in order, window wiper on bridge out of order. Washing regularly. No any visual failure detected. On some areas rust spots appeared should be maintained within first occasion. Rubber channel on outside doors to main deck port 7 stbd and funnel door de-rusted and repainted and changed with new lining packing. Spare accommodation ladder repaired and repainted. Main fire line tested and repainted. Fire dumpers for E/R ventilation and ducts de-rusted and painted. Repairing of wasted side plates cargo hold ventilation ducts cover in progress (DR-1108-32).

FW TANKS BALLAST WATER TANKS INTERNAL DECKS & HOLDS

Daily sounding carried out. Daily sounding carried out. Regularly inspected for any damages and leakages. Tank top of DBT 3 (P) continuously monitored due to its condition.

Cargo holds regularly cleaned as well as all bilges. Container socket position 210302 re-welded. Lashing equipment greased as scheduled. Wire on cargo crane No.1 & 2 inspected and greased. Repaired hand railings on cargo crane No.1 & 2. Cleats checked as scheduled, greasing of hatch covers as scheduled. Mooring winches greased as scheduled. All mooring lines checked frequently. Mooring winches fore and aft checked frequently. Well greased and in good order. Rollers greased as scheduled. Maintained on regularly basis, cabin checked as per regulations. Linoleum changed in both Mess rooms. A.B. cabin, Oiler Professional All ISM administrations and safety papers updated.

SAFETY

Regular maintenance and weekly inspection carried out following Bass schedules. Drills as per monthly schedule carried out. Abandon vessel drill: 17.09.2011 Fire Drill: 18.09.2011 Damage to the steering: 05.08.2011 Emergency towage: 05.08.2011 Touching the bottom and running aground: 25.08.2011 Wounding to the crew caused by haz. Cargo/ chemical: 25.08.2011 Bomb search-suspicious item(search plan): 25.08.2011 Rise of security level from 2 to 3: 25.08.2011 ISPS equipment checked and tested, all in good order. Safety and security rounds carried out frequently. Search for stowaways carried out in all Algerian ports. Repair of reefer sockets bay 09 done.DR-1107-028 closed

PART B: MAINTENANCE PLANNED FOR THE NEXT MONTH ITEM PLANNED DESCRIPTION Washing regularly, greasing as scheduled. Continue with repairing cargo holds ventilation ducts. Hatch coaming - port side de-rusted and paintined. Maintenance of hatch covers as opportunity allowed. Maintenance of main deck as well as accommodation decks. Cargo Crane No1. and No2. to be washed, touch up with primer and full coat re painted (weather permit ) Continue with repairing hand railings on Cargo Crane No.1 & 2.

Greasing as scheduled. Holds tank top to be swept when circumstances allows. Inspection of Water Ballast Tanks as scheduled (as opportunity allowed) Safety and security as scheduled. Crew cabins repairing in progress.

Vessel is scheduled for next dry dock 05.09.2011.Marseiille
