Nature is very vast and challenges us every second to find something new and vigorous. That is why I say what we have achieved is miniscule.

With nature helping us to grow lots of food, dairy techniques and farming techniques have been developed still 33% of earths population is hungry. My book emphasis on these facts and breaks the notion that aware men and women should have any issues. Only natural calamities, physical or mental disabilities can be an issue for which scientists and doctors can help.

I think we have lived a very primitive life till today. Although we have some scientific discoveries and products but they are very limited in scope and implementation when it comes to comparing them what nature has to offer.

INTRODUCTION

Man is fighting because of greed. There are no real issues. People at the top of the pyramid are having undue advantage. There is no transparency. There is mismanagement at a lot of places. There is unnecessary competition at so many places.

Rich is getting richer and poor getting poorer and middle class is more stressed. According to UNICEF, 22,000 children die each day due to poverty. And they die quietly in some of the poorest villages on earth, far removed from the scrutiny and the conscience of the world. Being meek and weak in life makes these dying multitudes even more invisible in death.

3. There is no recognition of human effort, employees have to constantly innovate and do something different to keep their employers ahead of the market curve. If they dont they are fired. In the recent past many companies have fired thousands of employees. 4. There is unnecessary competition in the society among corporations, people, and govt. There are more than 20 good TV manufacturing companies and they all make good TVs. We are told competition is good for customers because in monopoly company can charge any price and deliver low quality goods but why? Cant we have responsible organization which has the responsibility to prove that it is producing cost effective, timely delivered and best quality products? Alternatively we can have independent quality checks.

5. We have corrupt politicians who use/twist and tweak the system and policies. They will tell you everything is fair in love and war and now its war going on war on terror, economic war etc. 6. We have big corporations which manipulate tax practices, hire and fire people, have nexus with policy makers, buy out small innovating organizations in their area.

7. We have many countries which have nuclear weapons and are rogue states. There are different laws for different countries, groups, organizations. Might is right...How about just being right.

8. People are friendly and loving all over the world I have met people from many countries throughout my life, those on top of power pyramids/ religious fanatics/microgroups .. Fight/Terrorize/hold others hostage for their piece of power because we live in is a fragmented world and they know it can be further broken to serve their means. 9. Common innocent men/women suffer throughout his/her life for basic things like housing, job etc. (pays mortgage for 30 years and job insecurity is like a hanging sword). It is still workers Vs owners only difference is owners now have different levels of managers to guard their interests (read profits) and if they dont, they get fired or fire workers.

Government policies seem more oriented to maintaining the economy than in the economic and physical well-being of their populations.

I take the responsibility. I ensure nothing of the above 15 happens. When you have transparency and people in the govt. Also do best things for 7 billion people and they do not enjoy any extra luxuries, things will take a different shape. Synopsis Technology can create redistribution and a balance of power in the whole world which results in transparency and happiness all over the world. Technology is a potent tool to bring revolution through which problems of the bottom of the pyramid can be removed, middle of the pyramid can be de-stressed and top of the pyramid along with all move towards self actualization.

Why these above 15 problems? Because nobody is taking responsibility . govt.s, corporations, NGOs, media, agencies all are blaming each other .Why? Because they know solution requires action and in present Framework action is not possible. So just blame it on the next guy.

PROPOSED SOLUTION - WORLD 2.0

Solution Process:

1. Remove capitalism and capitalists lords from big corporations. Implement real socialism based on central planning, actual needs and shared human values. Emphasize on mutual respect. Emphasize on the ability of human beings to grow mentally and spiritually. The current system is based on exploitation. The person at the top is exploiting the ones below them. Is it natural? Is it an atmosphere for healthy competition. 2. People say it is Darwin theory Survival of the fittest which is working I say first prove that all who are left out are unfit and all millionaires and billionaires are super fit. 3. Some others say everybody has to go through the grind to become diamond I again ask first prove that all who have gone through the grind have become a better person. Secondly what is the proof that among millions of people who have died because of malnutrition, basic preventable diseases, none of them was Elbert Einstein or Mahatma Gandhi? So humanity has to decide that this fight is for elevation of whole humanity for better life on the planet or just a mere rat race among us. 4. If it is just a rat-race (as it appears to most of the people) and after this race we think we have filtered the slow ones, then we should do it more directly because 99.9 % are born with the same pair of limbs and similar IQ or EQ so I would like to know the criteria to exclude some people and label them as slow rats. hospitals Triaging technique is used in which we actually do something for the population which can be saved or can be effectively utilized. 5. Remove Govt. Heads and dissolve all parliaments and country boundaries. There can be 7000 people elected by qualification (if tie use lottery system, no elections please we are equals at least after filtration for the post) based on their knowledge, skill in their respective fields like infrastructure, environment etc. We can then form functional and regional committees of these people. These people will also get salaries and no extra perks. 6. Reap the respect and awards not rewards based on extreme differentials of Income. More incentive to scientists for Eco friendly innovations/discoveries.

7. There will be no inheritance of assets by the next generation. Everybody is born equal (there is a minor difference in IQ levels and physical capabilities not major one) and should remain equal till they are 15. After that there can be minor differences in economic levels not major one based on professions they choose and skill level they acquire in that profession. (Learner, Practitioner, Expert, Doctorate, Exceptional) 8. All the institutions of the society like judiciary, police, and media work same with no corruption and transparency and one goal happiness and justice for all by ethical means. 9. We all move to the final stage Human- realization through consciousness. End Result:

1. People will be actually free and liberated. (Not just free to buy products! Spiritually, mentally free!) 2. Joblessness will not be a problem. 3. People will take pride in working best for their cooperative enterprise and serving the society rather than filling their money bags. 4. We will conserve all earths resources as there will be equal laws applicable to all. 5. We will stop the arms trade as even a pistol will be a crime. 6. Power will shift towards Quality Service Excellence constant improvement innovation for better earth rather to beat market 7. There will not be any market price; Govt. will suggest a range of price according to their actual worth, availability for all and quality.

8. All prices will be based on what is the cost of Inputs and cost and means of producing an X product will be adjusted of suit the needs of maximum number of people. 9. Greed will turn into greed for excellence, innovation and self-realization. 10. There will be just 3 organizations in each area (say TV manufacturing) IST called cooperative enterprise then there will be Quality and ethic checker for the same area and then there will be core innovator group of that area. There will not be any pull push from owners or markets except ethical voice of consumer forums that can go to court in case of disagreement. Courts cannot be bought because there will not be any free flow of money in the system and everything is accounted for and everything will be transparent.

11. Since money transactions will be transparent (Orgs are not for profit) and have no scope of money laundering or hiding corruption.

12. Moral parameters of society will suddenly peak up in absence of false marketing campaigns; false markets that people will seek true solace in helping each.

This is a strange world we live in. We all know capitalism is bad in which few rich people (say 1%) exploit other people and natural resources. Still we accept it as a way of life. There is no revolution against it. (OWS is the recent one I have noticed) Capitalism is a disease like a disease it increases..And increases drudgery , stress levels of a common man I am with common man for the common man . You might be winning the game of capitalism at this point but you will be the other side of the table (prey) tomorrow when a bigger fish strike. This is animalism we need to come out of it .Be human.

EXPLANATIONS OF THE PROPOSED SOLUTIONS

Entrepreneurship most of the time is not the successor of big discovery but use of market conditions at the right time. Discoveries, innovation, inventions, Quality checks are all done in laboratories by humans .Dont buy or sell those humans or their discoveries they belong to humanity.

Distribution of the work to all as per their capacity and reward which is not too differentialdifferential this is all we need.

Education teaches us teamwork, cooperation but in society we reward killer instincts, unnecessary competition.

This is a fragmented society created by extensive unnecessary competition between rich and poor. There is no respect in our current system .This system teaches use and throw relationships, people, natural resources, everything. Question: Socialism has failed in various parts of the world? Answer: My system Socialism like system (SLS) has never been tried. It has many checks and balances build in.

What I am talking about is a higher form of human society. If capitalistic society dragons still exist and want to kill it before it grows, it still will be remembered as poets imagination. But Capitalism is sure a system that fails, as it results in war, poverty, environmental destruction, powerlessness, insecurity.

Super rich of capitalistic society create the divide and hindrance in growth and distribution. Neither Mother Nature, economies of scale, science or scientists supports such a divide. Question: Capitalism works, socialism is such a mess?

Answer: We all should take as per our need not our greed. 50% of world population is so poor dont you want to share or do something about it.

Answer: For example - Most of the cars in America are automatic even teenagers in the U.S. don't drive manual cars. Practically every car in Europe is manual and more fuel efficient.

Similarly, Socialism needs more fine tuning & balance initially but I am sure its more efficient and effective. To elaborate further the core concepts of capitalism is SBU (strategic business unit) so easy to manage and control and then on top of it they use incentives and personal gains. This incentive concept is nothing but a new layer introduced by capitalist owners, this is given to managers, brokers, technicians etc.

Socialism like system (SLS) once established as a transparent system and we see social fusion working in our societies. As far as the SBU concept is concerned we can still utilize it in essence but with transparency enabled by technology.

This serves two purposes first it makes a new faithful layer for them which will ensure their dominance. Secondly they can justify in the society/media that how society is growing at large, so it means our model is working.

Question: But you just said it needs fine tuning and balance?

Dont we fine tune our decisions and nature at every point in life? So we have to choose as a society set of good decisions and the right framework to implement those once for the sake of humanity and self purity. As far as implementation is concerned you have large computers and project management techniques. Tell any pro he will make a project plan for 7 billion people and earths resources in 7 days. Alas you have bought such a pro for your stock exchange risk calculation games! We say we are firm believers of synergy...Have we ever imagined the power of earth wide synergy. How much we all can achieve! But the super rich would never want that because they want a differentiated market that they can sell their products at self decided prices. Salient points in my model:

First cooperate earth wide then compete. Do everything at the macro (earth level) level, tools techniques are available, human nature and consciousness is same. Capitalism is driven by profits and individual interests; my system is driven by quality and interest of the whole society, living and non living beings. All cars will have required sophisticated equipments but may still choose red, green or a hatchback). Satisfaction level in the society will increase. Nobody will feel cheated. Nobody will run for more and more money...Because firstly he/she is already being served the best quality of goods and services available if he/she is doing her job with dedication...Second even if earns little more she can just add few more things to her basket which if driven by benign common goals larger good of fellow human beings and spirituality my ultimate icing of the cake of my model will not let her do that. Health: We will put health, fitness and joy as a basic right of everybody.

Can we start working towards humanity actualization? Can we go to the next step?

No unreasonable price wars: A Maybes costs $440,000 in the US while a Tata nano costs $2300 and both cars dont fly, just we are creating a niche market and selling our products to it, irrespective of the actual cost of its production or if the same resources can be utilized by our fellow human beings to help each other to produce something more needed or may I say not needed (as we already have too many products on this planet)

Spirituality The final step

We all have a consciousness connected to our heart mind and soul. Sometime time we listen to it sometimes we dont. We have collected so much dirt on it that we have almost forgotten that we have a heart too. Once our personal family, social lives are in order we all can move to the next level of closeness to GOD which will make us ultimately physically and mentally emotionally healthy and secure. How can you enjoy the luxuries of life if fellow human being doesnt have food, shelter or respect? That disrespect , frustration , un-satisfaction , injustice waves are going around in this earth, that is why crime is increasing, mental insecurity is increasing , jealousy is increasing ..And what advertisements show ....Jealousy is good...Become proud owner of our junk products. Forget blissfulness...Forget calmness...Join the endless race (In which you will be other side of the table someday soon). Nobody wins this race. What is spirituality in such a scenario? You use it as (car) service station of your mind. You go to meditation centers and hug everybody there and feel fresh after yoga exercises. The moment you come out its again a car race and you step on the pedal. You input deceit,

In my model spirituality is as easy as kite flying. Your thoughts and actions are in synch with self, family, society and nature. You are not betraying any body. You are transparent...So very near to be transcendent (a state of being or existence above and beyond the limits of material experience) Now fly the kite. You can travel through the string...You would learn it and love it. Its like loving weightlessness. A mindful flight...WOW. Its only possible once we simply the strings. Based on my model.

A. My answer is that we have not allowed people to think liberally . We only say think liberally or think for the common good when you go to religious place or meeting why? All your wealth is a function of 3 things = genetics + environment + delta Where delta is the swift effort you put when in right time and place. Is this whole humanity just boasting of luck factor? Thats why people at the top command of respect? Q Are you imagining a classless society ? A. Thats the challenge which central planning can overcome . We need a workforce in so many areas in so many parts of the world . We can train people and utilize them. We need all inclusive growth. Q. But recently there has been a lot of talk about MNCs working to serve the bottom of pyramid as suggested by C. K. Prahalad? A. This model cannot work until central planning takes care of long term investments in the vital areas like health care, housing etc. You cant just make a small packet of chips and can claim the success of the model. Q. But you sound like resetting the button ? Not really . We need a transparent system and it can only be obtained once we synchronize everything . We all are at a loss at this point. Many billionaires are seen as villains and they are trying to give away part of their income as charity. But this not the solution. We need an effective system to utilize 7 billion people and vast earth resources for the betterment of whole humanity. Of course we can have checks and balances for people holding the power and it is much easier than todays scenario where nobody is nobodys friend. Everybody wants to amass lots of wealth without being caught. At least we will have clear cut loyalty towards the state and actions can derived from there easily. We will have a much simpler society. Q How world 2.0 will deal with the concept of incentives & entrepreneurship? A. My system gives boost to incentives driven framework, but you cannot derive Insurmountable/extraordinary incentives unless you prove you are Thomas Edison or you help whole humanity to cross a new level. If you do yes there can be special award.

B. My system talks of inclusive growth; the growth you walk away with in capitalism is probabilistic and using smart timing your moves. If you are really smart then show it for greater cause by running bigger enterprises. My system gives the challenge. If you have an idea put it in your company intranet, if not sorted take it public. You have the responsibility to do the common good. There is no govt. pushing you or stopping you. Personal gains like expensive cars etc. should be left for greater good, for the benefit of whole humanity. Once humanity reaches/stabilizes at certain level say 50 years we will have resorts on the moon.

A range of remuneration by me from 100 to 500 units should settle down things. If worth of 500 units will grow with time person earning 100 will also grow, that is the bottom line. Most of the people act according to environment .Throughout growing age people learn that winning a competition is a great thing then slowly they start thinking life is a competition which they have to win at all stages. Q. Why do you think people dont help each other? So this is a false model.

As of now people hesitate to help because they think they will lose the game by helping . Nobody will recognize their help. They also think in rat race only 1 rat out of 10 will get cheese so they might be left out by helping the rat who will grab the cheese.

In my system we have broader goals and we can further increase the goals so that there is always place for everybody to play as per capability, and 5th place is guaranteed so no insecurity. Just keep cooperating . Take help give help. Take counseling if suggested to you. Q. Some people are of the view that insecurity is important for performance of humans? This is far from true. Human performance is best when his/her fundamental needs are covered. In fact greed is also a very primal phenomenon. This reminds of the office parties we had in lower Manhattan.

So many people who would act ultra sophisticated in office hours will dance like wild animals. So who these people are? What is their actual behavior?

I think human beings also take the shape of surroundings. If we all get things in a system everybody would enjoy working, playing, life in total Because life is a balance of all activities eating, playing, sleeping, running , meditation and to do all we need a system supporting us. At this time there is no such system. Because we dont trust our politicians, employers, doctors, lawyers nobody.

Why? Because they all are after money and they have methods to conceal that money. They have authority to invest that money as they want. They all play cards once you part with your money. So you are always insecure. This they enjoy, because they can pressurize you to earn more to foot their bills. So next time somebody gives you this logic tells them that insecurity brings stress disorders in the society. Healthy accountability by a large peer group cuts lethargy or laziness. It has been shown through various studies that humans feel lot of satisfaction by doing something for their fellow human beings without expecting anything in return.

The 1% on earth does not want to leave power, money and resources and share with others. They claim that they have earned this money with hard work. The fact remains most of them have inherited the money or used their high profile contacts or simply got lucky when they tried to maneuver the things.

CONCLUSION

There is a series of protests already going on with the name of Occupy Wall Street (OWS). Occupy Wall Street (OWS) is an ongoing series of demonstrations in New York City based in Zuccotti Park in the Wall Street financial district. The protests were initiated by the Canadian activist group Adbusters. They are mainly protesting social and economic inequality, corporate greed, corruption and influence over governmentparticularly from the financial services sectorand lobbyists. The protesters' slogan, "We are the 99%", refers to the difference in wealth in the U.S. between the wealthiest 1% and the rest of the population. Other "Occupy" protests modeled after Occupy Wall Street have occurred in over 900 cities worldwide. I still believe just protests of this kind cannot eradicate this problem from the root. We need to make a FLAT (role based not authority based) world based on transparency and excellence. WHY a HUMAN being should exert power on another human being through any means? If it happens we cannot call ourselves civilized. All kinds of pollution must be stopped at all cost. It is only possible once we have central accountability. It is quite funny to see that environment minister coming from an environment protection meet and requesting its own govt. Head to abide by an international treaty but the govt. breaches the treaty under pressure of industry bigwigs. This happens in case of nuclear waste disposal, illegal mining and other issues. Additionally if a person wants to die (suicide), we should provide medical help to die. We can keep a counseling session to understand why that person wants to die. This will help us to run the world better for rest of the humans. Just keeping a person on earth when that person does not want live is a kind of mental pollution for the whole earth. For such people I simply have to say that my system is sophisticated and advanced system .To understand and leverage this system one needs to abide by its build in checks and balances. As far as practicable is concerned this is most comprehensive approach in which no man-made assumptions of currency conversion, maps, earth resource division is used.

Another big issue is case of mentally and physically disabled people. If we as a society cannot take care of them we should allow a dignified death to them. (Euthanasia) Some people might think that I am being perfectionist and throwing a purist idea and people in the world will never abide by such an approach.

The only bottle-neck is 1% people who already hold the power. Why would they leave what they already possess? I think 99% people should tell their worth. If we could not settle this matter amicably through discussions and debates then I suggest non-cooperation.

Since all rich people use humans as robots without having feelings for them, then its time We actually non-cooperate. As we are aware that many places machines are replacing humans and less and fewer humans are required. We should start a movement where we stop serving the rich and their corporations. We can just cooperate among over selves. I know its an extreme step but extreme situations can only be dealt with extreme measures. ***************

About me: I am a self styled researcher. My research is based on my experiences, books, various interactions with people, internet websites. I have done Bachelors in computer science and an MBA. I am 39 years old and have worked, lived in various parts of the globe. I don't expect the whole world to follow my ideas blindly but since it is based on logical assumptions and offer solutions, they are worth discussions and subsequent implementations.
