Casa de la Flora has a famous in decoration and art But they got many problem in their hotel such as They prefer to decorate the restroom to be the impression of customer but they disregard in restaurant or There have a small lobby and surrounded with the wall .For this point, it might not make customer feel comfortable but for our hotel, we concern in detail and every problem have to pass all the solution process before we sell the package to customer for example, Our Lobby will be the first impression of customer. They will see the scenery through the lobby and made them feel comfortable with atmosphere. This is the point why will we win the customer with casa de la flora If compare between our hotels with Bon San villa .It can see that we have same target market.
