Call for Abstracts

The Congress program offers opportunities for papers to be presented during the Congress. Authors of research and clinical papers, who wish to have their abstracts considered for inclusion in the scientific program, or as posters, must submit their abstract online via the Congress website www.plasticsurgerycongress.org.au by close of business on Monday, 28 February 2011. Check the website for guidelines on how to prepare your abstract and how to submit the abstract online. Papers will not be automatically included in the final selection for presentation at the Congress. Selection is a competitive process and all criteria must be met. Only those papers selected for inclusion will be presented at the Congress. For registrars: if accepted, the abstract will attract two (2) points towards the research requirement for fellowship conferral. One (1) point is awarded for accepted posters. Submission of an abstract does not, of itself, attract any points. The abstracts will be reviewed by the Organising Committee and you will be notified of the decision by email. A date and time of presentation will be given to you after this review process. Abstracts will be listed in the Congress handbook.
