TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RECRUITMENT: 1. Appointment : Selected candidates will be appointed on regular basis in Junior Management Grade / Scale I (JMG/S-I) on a starting basic pay of ` 14,500/- per month and other allowances as per rules. In addition, HRA, Medical-Aid, LTC etc. are admissible as per the rules of the Bank. The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of one year.( CTC is above `6.50 lacs p.a. approx.) a. Qualification: In terms of Banks Policy, candidate would become eligible for


selection in Banks service if he or she successfully completes the post graduation course, after clearing final year / semester examination in first attempt only. ONLY CANDIDATES WHO ARE PRESENTLY PURSUING MASTERS / POST GRADUATION COURSE ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE. b. Age: Eligible candidates should be in the age group of 21 30 years as on date of joining the Bank. The maximum age is relaxable by -5- years for SC/ST candidates, -3- years for OBC candidates and -10- years for PWD candidates. c. COMPUTER COURSE PASSING CERTIFICATE in support the stipulation of having completed the Computer Awareness and Automation course for duration of minimum 60 hrs. The requirement of having completed the Computer

Awareness and Automation course will be waved in case of those Graduates having Computer Awareness or Knowledge as part of the curriculum at the Degree level and this fact should be indicated in the On-line Application Form and also evidenced by an duly highlighted entry of the subject in the relevant Mark Sheet. d. Candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC / PWD community shall submit caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the format prescribed by Govt. of India only. e. Candidates who are already employed and pursuing the course meant for inservice candidates shall not be eligible. Note : Candidates have to be careful in mentioning their caste / category Viz SC/ST/OBC/General/ PWD which can not be changed at later date and candidates should be in possession of required certificate in all India format. 3. Service Bond: Student/s selected under Campus Recruitment Project 2012 will have to execute a Service Bond. The details are as under: a. ` 1,00,000/- if the candidate leaves the service before the completion of one year and b. ` 50,000/- if the candidate leaves the service anytime after one year but before two years. PAN-INDIA SERVICE:- Candidates who are willing to serve the Bank anywhere in India should only apply.
