Self and Spouse under Tier 1 (General) of the Point Based System. Dear Sir/Madam, I am currently living in the UK and have a valid Tier 1 (General) visa which is due to expire on 01June-2012. I am currently employed as a permanent employee of Sopra Group Limited. I would like to apply for the extension of leave to remain under the Tier1 (General) Migrant category. I have enclosed my Original Passport (Number XXXXXXX) which has my current Entry Clearance and Leave to remain. I have enclosed the total applicable fee of 1000 vide Cheque Number 100005 of my HSBC Account. I have mentioned our names and Dates of Birth on the back of the Cheque. I have enclosed 2 photographs each for the both of us, and attached it to the relevant sections of the relevant forms. I have written our names and Dates of Birth on the back of the photos. I have claimed XXX points in attributes section and 10 points each for English Language requirement and Maintenance of Funds requirement as per the rules in Tier 1 (General) of the Points Based System Policy Guidance. I have also enclosed a copy of the Self-Assessment using the points based calculator, for your reference. Following is the list of original documents (and 1 copy of the whole set) provided along with my completed Tier 1 (General) application, and a completed Tier 1 (General) Dependent application for my wife.

Original consolidated mark sheet. 3. Previous Earnings: XX points claimed I am claiming XX points for a gross income of XXXXX for the past consecutive 12 months period from 1st Jan 2011 till 31st Dec 2011. I have enclosed a separate covering sheet detailing the income amounts and contact details of the sources. Evidence submitted: Original Pay slips for the period Jan 2011 to Dec 2011.
