1. Terms: Exhibitor agrees to participate and comply with show rules and agreements. 2. Changes to listed products/services detailed on this contract must be approved by show coordinators. 3. Payment is non-refundable. Not attending will result in a forfeit of paid fees. 4. Exhibitor, their agents, employees or their volunteers, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Lincolnwood Chamber of Commerce, Village of Lincolnwood, their agents, employees and other volunteers from and against all claims, injuries, damages or losses including reasonable attorneys fees arising from all activities of pertaining to the Expo. 5. Signatures below represent acknowledgement of all agreements and regulations of this agreement. 6. No part of the exhibitor display may be dismantled until end of event. 7. Any unpaid balances will be charged to card provided 15 days before event. 8. Exhibitor must sign agreement.
