Nanjing Walsin AB Nanjing CBD, China Phase II of the Nanjing project is located at the center of the new CBD and consists of over 400,000 sm of commercial mixed-use including twin 220 meter tall office towers, a 5-star hotel, retail mall and a dedicated city park all connected to two subway lines. Happy Valley Shopping Center Guangzhou, China Partner-in-Charge for an 85,000 sm, 8-story lifestyle retail mall, including a department store and cinema, located in Guangzhous new central business district. Currently under construction. Central World Bangkok, Thailand Partner-in-Charge for the renovation and expansion of an existing mall into a major 500,000 sm mixeduse, retail, entertainment and lifestyle center. A 7-story 350 meter long glass wall, with capability to project multiple LED images announcing the retail offer of the city, while looking over the Water Garden Plaza. The center also includes 350,000 sm of entertainment retail, cinemas, Bowling, Convention Center, a Hotel and Offices. Completed in 2007. Taman Anggrek Jakarta, Indonesia Partner-in-Charge of this 700,000 sm mixed-use project combining 2,900 condominium units in 8-36 story towers and retail on six levels. Includes a 1,200-seat food court, ice rink, cinema and community and dining facilities. Completed 1997.
