Vice President Jay Clark is a Vice President with RTKL and strong leader in the companys Commercial Practice Group. His design expertise is focused on office, retail, residential, hospitality, mixed-use projects. Jays skills lie in delivering well executed architectural design along with strong consideration and integration in the surrounding context and environment. His ability to blend these perspectives to create a holistic design solution has led to many industry recognized projects, including the 27-acre Mixed-use office/dining/entertainment LA Live redevelopment project in downtown Los Angeles and the well received BaiHui Gardens mixed-use development in Shanghai. Following two decades in the companys Los Angeles office, Jay moved to the firms Shanghai office as General Manager in 2009 where he was responsible for developing and growing the Commercial Architectural design practice in Shanghai. He returned from 2.5 successful years in Shanghai to the Los Angeles office. He also sits on the firms Risk Management Leadership and Delivery Leadership Councils and contributes to forums focused on design development across the Asian market including China, and Southeast Asia.
