Many may not realise that throwing away plastic is a ready fuel source. Plastic is primarily petroleum and burn with high efficiency. Waste plastic technology is a unique burner that recover's fuel from dirty waste plastics, and ultimately we can use it in the generation of power.

The function of the coal fired thermal power plant is to convert the energy available in the coal to Electricity. How Coal Power Plants Produce Electricity ??? The conversion from coal to electricity takes place as follows: Firstly the conversion of energy takes place in the boiler. Coal is burnt in the boiler furnace to produce heat. Here also we are not going to replace the coal completely,but use the plastic as an additive fuel along with coal in an adjacent manner in a certain ratio,with the aid of plastic burner. Plastic is made from crude, so if you break down waste plastic using the right catalyst we will get liiquid hydrocarbons. Plastic waste is converted into liquid hydrocarbons by random de-polymerisation. Preheat fuel: 1.5 liters (0.4 gal.) kerosene or fuel oil for 10-15 minutes, burner dual-fuels with kerosene and plastic, then plastic thereafter indefinitely. The Plastic Burner thermal efiiciency is high up to 75%

Conclusion :
Thus we can find a solution for the power shortage and recycling of plastic waste. The cost of production per unit is reduced and so that we can able to disburse it at a lower price for domestic purpose.

As we cut down the rate of coal consumption we can leave some more resources for our future generation. The dumping of plastic waste in to the ocean which is threatening to the marine life is eradicated greatly.
