Holding full responsibility for the project monitoring & controls activities through supervising and managing a team of professionals (Around 25 personals). Reporting to the project control manager, holding full responsibility for the control and coordination of a multi-site locations and discipline activities during project phases: engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, as well as all VENDORS tasks ensuring all the requisites of engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance tests and start up activities are accomplished with full compliance with the project schedule and AGREEMENT. All tasks were managed and controlled by a dedicated software management systems that used to control the scheduled activities and progress cumulative and earned values. ICAP software were utilized to control and monitor the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements through project phases starting by engineering phases till hand-over to client; and in accordance to the OPERCOM methodology which applies to piping & pipeline erection, pressure test packs, pressure transmitter and gauges calibrations, temperature elements calibration, valve actuators, pig signalers, gas meter skids testing along with filtration and pressure reduction skids, RTU/SCADA, OTN network functionality, CCTV, UPS, fire protection system, 11kv systems, building electromechanical services and fire and gas system operation.
