IP Ban 3 accounts

Question : My main account was cancelled sometime during Saturday night together with 2 other accounts. I can't log in the game or on the and didnt receive an answer to my first ticket from 3 days ago. I would really really like to know what is going on. accs: magibuh amenirdis mittnes2

3rd try. My accounts have been cancelled for almost 4 days now. I have no information as to why and receive no response to support tickets. It's becoming extremely frustrating, since I DO spend money on this game and currently that feels like a big waste. Unfortunately, the accounts shown do not show any kind of ban. When you say "cancelled" please clarify the issue you're encountering. Also, please list your accounts in this format:

-account 1 -account 2 -account 3 etc.

Our records indicate that the same IP Delusive used was showing up on both of these accounts. Say what 1st not banned nothing to see and now suddenly that ? This means that he had full access to these accounts, which leads to the account sharing ban we have put on both of the accounts.

Since this is my and my wifes accounts.

Amenirdis : Mine Magibuh : Wifes Mittnes2 : nations less / crit crystal farm

I gladly want to see the logs show that Delusive LOGGED on my account:

Of all accounts.

Since there is no privacy involved since I made those accounts there is NO reason why you cant share this information.

I hope the reply on this doesnt take 1 week again.

The mac address we have listed shows that either he had access to your accounts or you had access to his. We do not ban unless we are 100% certain this is the case. We looked at your account and all of the accounts listed and it is clearly showing that either he had access to your account or you had access to his. Either way, we will not be lifting the bans.

So that means either gpotato is to lazy to REALLY Check. Or we like to flush 1200 down the drain seriously.. ?

First, if it clearly shows anything, how can you not know what happened (if I logged his acc or he logged mine)? Are you trying to say that the 3 listed accounts and his own account have equal logs form my IP and his?

Second, you say you looked at the accounts and then "he had access to your account". We have a few accounts. Would you mind telling me which account you are referring to when you say he had access to it?

All 3 of the accounts you listed have the same mac address as the ones that came from Delusive.

Bullshit : what does Delusive want with account with highest lvl char ever on lvl 22-30 ? Then 100% we never shared our accounts with anyone besides each other. And since we share the bank account i assume its ok to log on my wifes Cleric and she on my Dualgunner.
