TRANSPORTS: The O.C. will provide transport between the official Airports to the Hotels and return. The O.C. will also provide transport between the swimming pool and the official Hotels for the trainings and matches.

ASSISTANCE: Hostess service will be provided for each participating team. Do not hesitate to ask for assistance during your stay in Trieste.

VISA: All Federations and Participants of countries needing an entry VISA to Italian territory are requested to contact the Italian Swimming Federation for an official invitation in due time and not later than 1st March 2012.

TECHNICAL MEETING: The Technical Meeting will be held on Sunday 15th, at hrs. 12:00, at the swimming pool.

OFFICIAL DINNER: The Organising Committee is glad to invite two Delegates for each Country to the Official Dinner which will be held on Friday 20th at hrs. 22:00.
