Employment History 2012 MIFSA Lead facilitator Dec 2011 current (casual) Paid position giving talks about mental health in a variety of community settings. My role is to deliver accurate, relevant information in an engaging and respectful manner, and additionally to provide support for a community educator (peer worker) to share their experiences. Group co-facilitator Jan 2011 current (casual) Volunteer position supporting two groups, Sound Minds for people who hear voices, and Bridges for people who experience dissociation and/or multiplicity. My role is to welcome and orient new members, provide information about managing these conditions, share personal experiences when appropriate, model and maintain healthy group norms, and take support calls.
