After informing Vaccaro that he was being placed under arrest and the specific crimes for which he had been arrested, the undersigned began filling out the arrest paperwork (Field Arrest Form, or "FAF" to 'process Vaccaro at the police booking facility. Part of the information that the undersigned Officer is required to provide on the FAF is the arrestees social security number. Wheri the undersigned Officer asked Vaccaro for his social security number, Vaccaro stated "I have the right to remain sil~~t."
