Relax This Christmas! Lord Is Never Late!

Its Christmas again. At this time of the year you or someone you know may be feeling afraid, upset confused, depressed, discouraged, ashamed, empty, frustrated, guilty, hopeless, hurt, lonely, rebellious, unfortunate, tempted, threatened, troubled, used, useless, vengeful, weak or worried? No matter how you feel I want to bring you words of hope and comfort this Christmas. As you know I always love sharing God's goodness with you. Jesus loves you as well as cares about you and desires you to have his love as well as peace of mind during this festive period. Recently I heard a testimony that really got me personally thinking about the importance of God's time. It was a mother who had spent 20 years praying for her daughter to be saved. Whenever ten years had passed, the girl became discouraged. After 12 years, she began to question God, wondering what was happening. During the fifteenth year, she started to doubt the value as well as power of prayer. By eighteen years, she was seriously thinking of quitting. When 20 years had passed, she had come to the conclusion that her prayers were not operating and resolved to quit praying the next day. That very night, her daughter called to announce that she experienced accepted Jesus as the woman's Savior! Greatly humbled, this mother begged God in order to forgive her for questioning Him. She was mortified to think that she may have given up her own faith simply because she failed to see the work God was doing, behind the curtain, in the life of her daughter. Many Christians struggle with eagerness, wondering whether God really listens to or answers prayers. They have failed to get back together themselves to the fact that God doesn't go by a human clock or calendar. He operates within the scope of his own divine timing. For lord has said, "those who hope within the Lord will renew potency and efficacy. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will operate and not grow weary, they will walk and not be weak "- Isaiah 40. Have you ever looked back again on an event in your life as well as in retrospect, realized that god's hand was at work, while you did not really see any outcomes at the time? I remember a particular amount of time in my life when I was believing God for something. I prayed and fasted also it looked in the physical immaterial was happening. I gave up praying on it and shortly following it came to pass. Maybe you are in that position right now, seriously questioning whether God is actually working in your life, but he's promised you this, "i'll maintain my love to you forever, and my agreement with you will never fail- Psalm 89:28. I motivate you to believe that God does listen and act upon 'your prayers! If you worry that you're not being heard, or god is "avoiding" giving you an answer, you need to see that long before you realize it, God is already at the office, changing circumstances and putting things in place. God says "you will call upon me and are available and pray to me, and i will listen to you"-- Jeremiah 29:12. "Before they call i will answer; while they are still speaking I will hear. Isaiah sixty five :24. 'Call to me and that i will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know"Jeremiah thirty-three :3. This are his promises to you, does that sound like someone who does not care The bible says, "the

lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring in whose waters never fail- Isaiah 58:11. David said about God, "Come as well as listen, all you who fear God; let me tell you what he has done for me. "I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise had been on my tongue. If i had cherished sin during my heart, the Lord would not have listened; but God offers surely listened and noticed my voice in prayer. Praise be to lord, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld his passion from me! Psalm 66 :16-20. We know that our ways are not the same as the lord's ways. The bible states, "For as the heavens tend to be higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your methods, and my thoughts compared to your thoughts" (Isaiah 55:9 ). Can this also mean that the lord's timing is not the same as the timing? Let's talk about some of these timing issues. Throughout the Old testomony, we see countless godly women and men praying fervently for the Messiah to appear. In fact, all of Israel as a nation prayed with this great event to occur, as well as their prayers covered numerous generations over hundreds of years. For that vast majority, these prayers were not answered within their lifetime. All these people were still living through faith when they died. They didn't receive the things promised; they merely saw them and welcomed them from a distance. Plus they admitted that they were aliens as well as strangers on earth," read Hebrews 11. Does that mean, nevertheless, that God did not listen to those prayers? Not at all! we all know that God did, indeed, send His Son, the Messiah. For the bible says, " When the fullness of the time had come, God sent on His Son, born of a woman, born under the regulation, in the fullness of the lord's time, according to His own routine - Galatians 4:four. The Bible contains a number of other examples of God working inside the framework of His own time. Consider the birth of Samuel: Hannah prayed continually for any child and, though she kept strong in her faith, it must have seemed to the woman's that God "delayed" his answer. However, God had been waiting until the circumstances that Samuel was called were orchestrated, so that Samuel could fulfill God's destiny for him. We see the same thing happening again and againin the lives of Moses, Jonah, Isaac, David, and others. What appears to human eyes like a "failure" in God's reaction time is, in fact, only a time of "invisible preparation," during which the strategic aspects of God's plan are being set up, piece by piece, for an ultimate glorious result. Don't allow yourself to become like many people in today's "time-conscious" globe who, demand speed and instant gratification in places as diverse as fast meals, amusement park rides, and ultra fast computer modems, in order to find it hard to adapt to a good unseen plan and unnatural timetable set for them by a loving Father, who have stated in his word, "For i know the plans I have for you personally," declares the Lord, "plans to succeed you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. Jeremiah 29:11-12. I challenge you to believe in that God will take action in a "timely" manner in your situations. You must remember, though, he carefully considers the time of each event, measuring it against His own plan

for the truly amazing scope of things. REmind yourself, too, that He operates according to an eternal diary calculated to bring about the the majority of good in your life. Please always open your mouth and speak your prayers in faith. The term of God creates as we speak it out of our mouth. Therefore speak it out. The creative power is in the spoken term. Now say a Prayer: I Praise the Lord. I Praise God in his refuge ; I praise him in his mighty heavens. I praise him for his functions of power; I compliment him for his surpassing greatness. I Praise him or her with the sounding of the trumpet, I praise him with the harp and lyre, i praise him with tambourine and dancing, I compliment him with the strings as well as flute, I praise him or her with the clash of cymbals, and I praise him with resounding cymbals. Let exactly what has breath praise the lord. God, please give me the wisdom and grace to become patient and trust you for your perfect timing as i remain in an attitude associated with praise and thanksgiving. Help me, Father, to be mindful which as I pray, you are assembling the elements necessary to answer my personal prayers in a way that is consistent with your will. Thank you dad and happy Christmas for you Lord in Jesus name I pray. Amen. Happy Christmas to you! God has not left you or forsaken you. So rejoice and be glad for the Lord. Jeremiah 29
