Dear Ms. McCormick, I do not believe we have met. My organization, Maine's Majority, has been doing some investigatory work into communications MaineHousing and its board members have had with outside groups and individuals. I wanted you to be aware of two outstanding requests. One is to Bruce Poliquin, by way of the Office of the Treasurer. The other is to Peter Anastos, directly and by way of MaineHousing's legal consul. Both requests were filed on January 12, 2012, and remain unfulfilled. I have had difficulty obtaining information about the status of either. I've attached the request to Treasurer Poliquin and included the accompanying communication with the Treasurer's office below. I will forward documentation of the request to Mr. Anastos separately. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide in hastening this process. Sincerely, Chris Korzen Executive Director Maine's Majority 358-9731

Dear Ms. Raths, I am writing to inquire about the status of our FOAA request dated January 12, 2012. I am wondering if you could provide some indication of how much progress has been made on this request, as well as an estimate of when the record search might be complete. Also, I'd like to request that you send us the requested documents as they become available, rather than waiting for the entire search to conclude. We stand ready to assist in any way. Thank you. Sincerely,

Chris Korzen
