The model ERCH-HP incorporates an integral water source heat pump to provide a high quality, economical alternative for 100% outdoor air applications traditionally requiring expensive, custom-built equipment. The factory installed heat pump eliminates the cost and liability associated with field piping, charging and wiring. The pre-engineered design means quality and consistency in construction and provides reassurance through single-source responsibility. Energy savings is made possible as the energy recovery wheel saves the owner on initial costs and provides both immediate and annual energy savings. Product sizing and selection is simplified by using Greenhecks Computer Aided Product Selection (CAPS) tool. CAPS provides fast turnaround for submittals, schedules and Revit files.

Coaxial refrigerant-to-water heat exchanger

Air Side Coils have copper tubes with permanently expanded aluminum fins. Evaporator coils are mounted above a stainless steel drip pan.

Thermostatic Expansion Valves provide refrigerant control. Standard hot gas bypass provides control at low-load conditions.

The Compressors are quiet running, hermetic scroll-type. R-410A refrigerant is used and all modules include first stage bypass with an option for modulating hot gas reheat.
