The SOFTWARE is license d, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this Agreement. Shareware Version Evaluation and Registration: This is not freeware software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licens ed to use this SOFTWARE for evaluation purposes without charge. If you use this SOFTWARE after evaluation a registration fee is required. The registration fee g rants you the right to use this SOFTWARE for an unlimited time and does not disp lay any registration reminders. When payment is received, you will be sent your own personal registration code. Registered Version: Single User License (Single license - One User): Single user license states that only a single copy of application should be run at a time. This cannot be insta lled and run on multiple computers. Multi User License (Business license - Limited users more than one): A multi-use r license includes one license key with permissions to install the software on m ultiple workstations. Note: Term Multiple is limited and its total number will be decided during license purchase. Site License (Site license - Unlimited users): Site license states that unlimite d users can use SOFTWARE on all computers at a single physical location. Corporate License (Corporate license - Unlimited users): Corporate license state s that unlimited users can use SOFTWARE on all computers on a single company at any location. 2). SCOPE OF GRANT: You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engi neer the SOFTWARE, or engage in any other activities to obtain underlying inform ation that is not visible to the user in connection with normal use of the SOFTW ARE. You may not modify, rent or resell for profit this SOFTWARE or create deriv ative works based upon this SOFTWARE. You may not publicize or distribute any re gistration code algorithms, information, or registration codes used by this SOFT WARE without permission from the AUTHOR. In no event shall the AUTHOR's liabilit y exceed the purchase price of the SOFTWARE. Additionally, NO REFUNDS will be gi ven after purchase of the SOFTWARE. You must utilize the evaluation period to de cide if the SOFTWARE meets your needs and is compatible with your systems. 3). COPYRIGHT: All copyrights of this SOFTWARE are exclusively owned by E. Softw are Private Limited. 4). DISTRIBUTION: You are authorized to make copies of the Trial Versions of our software, and distribute them to anyone; however, they must be distributed in t he original and complete unchanged form. You are authorized to save Trial Versio ns of our software to your software libraries for others to download. 5). TERMINATION: The license will terminate and will not be legal if you fail to comply with any of the above terms and conditions. 6). DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY OF THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
