-Customer to be created by Sales

Creating Sales Order

-Sales Order to be created by Sales -Order used when generating licenses -Used to generate config file

2011 IFS

Creating Customization Project

-Customization Project created for any new Project on existing customer. -Has all info in with regards to Base version and Foundation Version. -Will be linked to a separate support key.

Create installation ID

-Installation ID created for each environment needed in IPE -Correspond to DB name -Used to generate licenses -Need to generate components so you can generate the config file. Linked to Sales Order created.

Request Harvest/IPE

-From the Wizard, you can request Harvest Environment, DB and Application Server. -- The IPE will be linked to Archive of the specified Foundation. -- Empty DB provided -- Customization Project Updated with all information

Discuss IPE
-Can be in Colombo or Sweden -Enter Customer ID and load

Logging cases

-New case to be logged for EACH question/request/bug/customization -Use Project Support Key and not the Support Support key -This way all cases can be traced to the specific Project

LCS/Harvest

-Once the developer is finished with investigation, and needs to change code, the case needs to be handed over. -You choose your next Delivery, or Delivery 99. -This will enable other future projects to see what cases was done under which Customization Project and Delivery. -When you start the case under the delivery, Harvest package will automatically be create ( will show with example)

Deliveries

-Delivery 99 to be used for all cases, until ready to be deployed to BnT. -Cases to be moved from Delivery 999 to next Delivery X
