Two years ago, our 2007 Summer Sales Conference guest speaker stormed the stage of the NIA and since then has been universally acknowledged within the Network to be the most popular speaker weve ever known. As announced last week on Ezereach, the awesome Olympic athlete turned speaker, Kriss Akabusi will be returning to the Kleeneze Showcase for another amazing appearance. In 2007, Kriss inspired us with his own story of triumph over adversity. The Gold medallist spoke of your arena where you are responsible for your vision, change, teamwork and individual performance. We followed his career from the Army Physical Training Corps to the Olympic Games and onward to the Commonwealth Games and European Championships. All the time, he stressed that it was focus, innovation and teamwork that makes a success out of anyones business. That, incredibly, was two years ago. How has your business progressed in this time? This is Heidi and her son Jack from Northfleet in Kent. Heidi came to us through the ad pool we subscribe to and we contacted her within half hour of the lead coming into our email. She was very excited and very positive but more importantly very pleased to get a reply so quickly. We made an appointment for the next day which made her even more excited. The presentation went very well and we left her to talk it over with her partner Jeff. Heidi had a part time job at Bluewater which ended a few days before so she was looking for something which would enable her to spend more time with baby Jack and to earn similar or more money. Kleeneze is the obvious answer and so, she joined us. Her kit was ordered and we kept in touch with her while she waited anxiously for her 200 catalogues. However, it transpired that she was getting a little nervous about putting them through doors so we decided to go and help her with her first drop. This photograph was taken just before she posted the first catalogue. It was all done and dusted within an hour even though baby Jack walked all the way. She is now very confident and can't wait to collect them back. The moral of this story is to contact your leads as soon as possible, then see them face to face as soon as possible and listen carefully to their needs and concerns, a little help where needed doesn't do any harm either and youll have a happy team member.
