LEMON TREE HOTEL - the brand is owned by Lemon Tree Hotels Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at B-6/17, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi-110029. The brand guarantees its customers an experience combining convenience, Comfort, Hygiene, safety and Security at Highly competitive Prices. The Lemon Tree Hotel positions itself as Indias finest chain of upmarket, full service, moderately priced hotels. These hotels have been conceived and managed by a group of experienced hotel professionals. The Hotels have been created especially for the discerning business traveller who wants quality services at a reasonable price; a typical Lemon Tree Hotel is located in or close to a business center/district. A typical Lemon Tree Hotel will offer between 50-300 high quality rooms (fully air conditioned, with instant broadband/WIFI internet access, telephones with direct dialling and ISD, a functional work table, refrigerator and running hot and cold water); a multi-cuisine restaurant and a bar, recreation and entertainment facilities, a fully equipped business center with meeting rooms, a fitness center and a swimming pool (where possible). Service offerings will also include round the clock reception, housekeeping, laundry and room service. Patu has been with the Tata Group for most of his professional career and has spent over 15 years with the Taj Group of Hotels where he has been Chief Operating Officer of the Taj Business Hotels Group (21 Hotels across India) and just prior to leaving, the Senior Vice President of Special Projects. Patu has also worked with A. T. Kearney Inc., the premier American strategic management consulting firm as Director in their India Office.

Projected Balance sheet /PL/Cash Flow in case request is for fresh term loan. TEV Study/Information memorandum in case of fresh term loan. Proof of identity of Directors/Partners. Asset & Liability statements of Directors/Partners and passport size photos, date of Birth. Copy of lease agreements, if applicable. Copies of all Statutory permissions. In case request is for take over of loan of other Bank , copy of sanction letter of facility being availed from other Bank, statement of account for the last 12 months .
