NIFA AND ITS RELATED INSTITUTION NIFA stands for Nuclear Institution for Food and Agriculture.

As clear from the name of NIFA that it is a nuclear system research of Pakistan. It is a nuclear system research of Pakistan. It is not a single research but it is a group system Research of Pakistan. It is a research program of Pakistan and also research program on food and agriculture, water power system, Nuclear power (Bombs atoms bombs and other nuclear weapons) and on diseases and on its cure Meeting in NIFA: At the end of every year meeting committees are arranged. The proposes of these meeting are to know that how much Research has made how many goals are achieve during the passed year. All the department heads are show their goals achieve and research experiments to the director of NIFA. At the end of meeting the Director give prizes and provision to the Employees due to great character and Experiment achievement. COMMITTEE OF NIFA There are certain types of committee in NIFA.which are given. 1. Parchsing Committee. 2. Saling Committee

Controlling
To control all the branches of NIFA there is a chairman in the main office of Islamabad. 2) To control the enternal system or functions of NIFA,There is an Director of NIFA. 3) To control the Department, Every Department have a head or Supervision. 4) To control the function of all the worker or labour , There is a group leader in every Department.

2) Saling Committee. A committee of NIFA of few person with an officer which sales the old things at the end of every year also called Meclam. Selection Committee :- (Purchasing & Saling) A committee of NIFA of few person or employers that select there thing for purchasing which are qualitatives select there things for saling which are old and not useable. Laboratories in NIFA. There are approximate 25 labortries in every Departement have 5 labortries for their own research. Which aregiven below. FSD 5 Laboratories. CBD 5 Laboratories. ED 5 Laboratories. SSD 5 Laboratories. TSD 5 Laboratories. Process of selecting Now Employee. There is a perfect process of NIFA to select new employees. 1) Advertising in newspapers for refuired person. 2) Over qualified and lower qualified are not allowed.

3) Entry test on fixed date. 4) Interview of the passed person. 5) Letters are issued to the selected employee. Facilities to Employee of NIFA. There are certain facilities are available to the employees of NIFA which are given below. Bus and Cars are allowed to only those employee which are only on G.T road. The employee which come from very far, for these employees headquarters are allowed to them near NIFA. The use of employee of NIFA is free from Govt. Hospital. They have special seat qautas in colleges and in universities for their sons and daughters. They have special discount to visit foreign countries. The scientist of NIFA have free visit for research to foreign countries. The allowness of employee of NIFA are increasing, when Pakistan made or achieve a new goal in nuclear power (new bombs or Missiles).

Annual Visit of Employee. The employee of NIFA also have a free visit every year in Pakistan. The NIFA have their own Buses for visit from Govt. All the expanses on visit is on Govt. or they have a free fund for visiting . The visit is at least three days.

Doctors in NIFA. There is a specialist doctors in NIFA. If a scientist or other employee are injured during experiment or research, he is bring to the doctors at the time. If this injury is serious or out of reach of the same doctors he is bring to the near hospitals.
