Although mechanical example of computers have existed through much of the recorded human history, the first electronic computer were developed in the mid-20th century (19401945). These were the size of the large room, consuming as much power as several hundred modern computers. Today, the world revolves very fast together with the rapid development and improvement of technology. Some of todays school, business and household areas are being controlled through the use of technology that brought out for the ancient times to fade away resulting to emerge a new face of todays generation called the modern times in which it will prevail not just today but also in the future and for a lifetime. One of todays generation that could offer is the Computer because it is probably the most important product of technology due to its benefits to mankind in every aspect of their lives. One of services of computer is the wide use of internet. Most of all people today use the internet due to it is very informative, entertaining and has a countless benefit for every people. Through the use of internet, people always used to go on a computer shop or an internet caf to rent a computer thats why it turned out to make a Compute Rental System.

A Computer Rental System is a system software that provides a wide variety of

applications and services that could offer to a customer that is primarily used in doing research and anything that the internet could give. It has been design to use in an Internet Caf or a Computer Shop for PC rentals. It has a process of log in, log out and extension of time. It also shows the amount of payment depending on the duration of time to be computed. Sometimes, internet caf also offers a food `services but this system will just be focus in the actual Computer Rental System.

Significance of the Study Computer Rental System is the best partner in a business. It is indicated to meet the technology and equipment rental needs for the clients in doing their activities which includes conferences, meetings, trainings, online auctions, surfing social networking site and doing research. It provides the latest trends of computer internet and high definition technology to clients. It offers secure access to client computers and grants access to individuals by creating user code accounts that can be charge for use. It also provides a different applications and services to the user and Computer Rental System is user friendly because it can be use easily and with convenience.

Definition of terms Computer is a programmable machine that receives input, stores and manipulate data, and provides output an a useful format.

Internet a means of connecting a computer to any other computer anywhere in the world via dedicated routers and servers. When two computers are connected over the Internet, they can send and receive all kinds of information such as text, graphics, voice, video, and programs. No one owns Internet, although several organizations the world over collaborate in its functioning and development. The high-speed, fiber-optic cables (called backbones) through which the bulk of the Internet data travels are owned by telephone companies in their respective countries. The Internet grew out of the Advanced Research Projects Agency's Wide Area Network (then called ARPANET) established by the US Department Of Defense in 1960s for collaboration in military research among business and government laboratories. Later universities and other US institutions connected to it. This

resulted in ARPANET growing beyond everyone's expectations and acquiring the name 'Internet.' The development of hypertext based technology (called World Wide web, WWW, or just the Web) provided means of displaying text, graphics, and animations, and easy search and navigation tools that triggered Internet's explosive worldwide growth.
