Information: The massand freshnessof plant tissuesare influenced by osmosis. inside and outside Osmosisis influenced by the concentrationof soluble substances the cells. Situation: A farmer has a rambutan orchard. Since the product of his orchard is abundant,he into jam, decidedto producerambutanjam. Before the rambutanfruits are processed Therefore, the farmer has to determine the the masshas to be maintained temporarily. solution and the concentrationof the solution that should be used.
