Introduction: This chapter gives an overview of the methodology used for the study. Research is common parlance refers to a search for knowledge. It can also define research as a scientific and systematic search for pertinent information on a specific topic. In fact, research is an art of scientific investigation. Research Design: The formidable problem that follows the task of defining the research problem is the preparation of the design of the research project, popularly known as the research design. A research design is the arrangement of conditions for collection and analysis of data in a manner that aims to combine relevance to the research purpose with economy in procedure. In fact, the research design is the conceptual structure within which research is conducted; it constitutes the blueprint for the collection, measurement and analysis of data. Sampling Technique: Sampling technique means that how to conduct the survey? The researcher has to conduct the survey on the basis of non-random sampling. I.e., chunk sampling. The sampling technique chosen by the researcher for the study is chunk sampling. Data Collection Method: Data collection the process of enumeration together with the proper recording of results. The success of a project is based upon the proper collection of data. The researcher has collected primary and secondary data. Sample Size: This refers to the number of items to be selected from the universe to constitute a sample. In this study, the researches have taken 110 respondents as sample size.

Sampling Method: The researcher has to select personal interview method. The respondents was interviewed and the researcher employees information. Statistical Tools Used: In this study, simple percentage method and Chi-square test method is used a statistical tools.

Primary Data: Primary data are those data which are collected for the first time and they are original in character. The researcher has approached several employees in organization and with them as a pilot study for getting overall knowledge about the study. Secondary Data: Secondary data are those data which are collected by someone for some purpose and are available for the present study. The researcher has to collect secondary data from company reports, internet and book.
