The direct singeing system forms the technological basis of all Osthoff-Senge singeing machine.

The direct, very intensive flame, the short contact time between flame and fabric, the ignition flame temperature necessary for the vaporization of polyester and the various singeing positions represent the decisive advantages of the Osthoff-Senge singeing system.

Onto free guided fabric Flame meets right-angle onto dense woven fabric freely guided between 2 rollers, recommended for natural fibres and blends weighing more than 125g/m

Onto water cooled roller Flame meets right-angle onto the fabric bended over a water cooled roller. Recommended for fabrics of temperature sensitive fibres, those of open-weave, blended ones weighing less than 125g/m

Tangential singeing Flame passes tangentially over the fabric bended over a water cooled roller recommendable for fabrics which cannot tolerate direct exposure to flame and for repair of filamentation

Flame shearing Flame passes tangentially over the fabric bended over a singeing sword, with minimized contact time, singeing effect on fibre tip only

DE-DUSTING UNIT

With 2 cleaning rollers (combined beating / brushing ), brushing only, beating only and Flex-rollers (pics) Individually driven by inverter-controlled AC motors. Cleaning intensity adjustable Dust extraction by a heavy fan via two ducts placed alongside the fabric on both sides. Dust collection by cyclone filters respectively air washers.

Well prepared and cleaned fabric is a pre-condition for good singeing. Fabric heavily vibrates due to the beating bars. Dust, fibres and other residues get loosened and are extracted, fibres sticking to the surface get lifted by the brush segments presenting it in such a way that they easily can be singed-off. Cleaning after singeing is as well of

importance, impregnating liquor remains cleaner and reduced amount of dust in the following process steps especially on drying cans. Last but not least good cleaning devices help to improve the working condition.

SANJET gas singeing machine

SANDOs gas singeing machine SANJET is applicable to any type of textiles including natural fibers such as cotton,viscose fibers such as rayon and synthetic fibers. SANJET is compatible with any heat sources such as natural gas, city gas, LPG, and butane gas, and its complete combustion flame uniformly and completely removes fluffs. The automatic burner reverse feature prevents burning textiles while the machine is not in operation.

SS-PERCLER PVA recovery machine

While PVA is suitable as starch on warps, its high environmental impact and cost have been issues in comparison to conventional starch. SANDOs recovery machine SS-PERCLER resolves these two issues simultaneously. Collecting PVA from the waste water in the desizing and hot-water washing cistern has an advantage of drastically reducing the COD demand in the waste water and reducing its environmental impact. Drum-type filter

The drum type filter can be used for filtering circulating water from the continuous washing machines and eliminating floating particles in the mercerizing machine caustic soda tank, the pickling tank, and other chemical tanks. The filter can eliminate thick floating particles, such as cotton dust containing paste and neps, and maintain the cleaning effect of cleaning water, so that it will save on water consumption as well. The filter also prevents adhesion of dust to the rolls and other processed cloth to prevent problems from happening.
