Meet Your Expert Course Leader
Keith Lambert is an independent consultant advising nance companies on treasury management and business strategies in mortgage backed securities. He is the Principal Consultant and owner of Australian Management Services a company which he formed in 1983. Keith has been a banker and consultant for over 40 years, working in the UK, the USA and the Far East, variously advising on corporate nance, mergers and acquisitions as well as being actively involved in all aspects of management. Keith has a ready knowledge in business areas such as business strategy, nancial modelling nancial control, funding and cash ow management, logistics strategy, business valuations, acquisitions and investments, knowledge management, international joint ventures, project management and business research. He has had an extensive career in teaching at Masters level at several Australian Universities and is able to deliver practical experience to delegates. He is a regular presenter to the Financial and Securities Institute of Australasia where has been a Senior Fellow for some 20 years. He also authored an early publication on due diligence. He holds degrees from the UK and a Masters degree from Macquarie University in Sydney.
