Requirements
MY10 service has to be activated in order to enjoy the service. In order to add the 5 IDD numbers, subscribers should have the IDD facility activated.
IVR Dial 676, choose the language, press 1 for MY10, then press 1 to activate. SMS MY10 & Send to 678 USSD Dial #107# and select Tariffs & Packages and follow the instructions.
Number Modification

Deactivation

Conditions
Postpaid
Customers can add a maximum of 10 local numbers and 5 IDD numbers in to the MY10 list. For 10 local numbers, a maximum of 10 Dialog mobile numbers or a maximum of 5 Non Dialog (any operator including mobile) numbers and 5 Dialog mobile numbers can be added. Each number can be changed only once during the billing cycle, and Rs. 10.00 will be charged per number depending on the package.
There will not be any changes in the rates for existing Post paid customers unless they de-activate and reactivate the MY10 service. If a Non-Dialog mobile number is added in the MY10 list, customer can continue to use it till he modifies it. The above rates will be charged on per second or minute basis depending on package. Life Time Discount will not be applicable for this service.
Prepaid
Customers can add a maximum of 10 local numbers and 5 IDD numbers in to the MY10 list. For 10 local numbers, a maximum of 10 Dialog mobile numbers or a maximum of 5 Non Dialog (any operator including mobile) numbers and 5 Dialog mobile numbers can be added. Each number change will cost Rs. 10.00. Reconnection of MY10 service will cost Rs. 50.00. The new rates will be applicable for both existing and new customers. The above rates will be charged on per second or minute basis depending on package. Lifetime Discount will not be applicable for this service.
