Looking for dreamy, decadent wedding dcor? Try an airy tulle garland. Gather a length of dotted tulle to serve as the base. Then cut rounds of tulle in coordinating colors. Fold into quarters and layer into a fluffy rosette, hand-stitching through the center of the arrangement to secure. Finally, top with a trio of coordinating buttons, and safety-pin to lengths of creamy pearl trim. Tip: Make an even simpler garland by loop-knotting long lengths of tulle directly onto the beads or trim of your choice. Easy!

Turn a party umbrella (available in the Card and Party Department) into a romantic wedding parasol. First, remove the paper and paint the frame as desired. Then, cut a circle of tulle to stretch across the ribs be sure to cut a small hole in the center to accommodate the finial. Use hot glue to secure the fabric at the tip of each rib, and finish with a pretty trim.
