Introduction As said by Alvin Toffler, pre industrial humans were largely prosumers . After the advent of industrialization, the trend shifted and there was a large flux towards manufacturing, which called for large number of jobs, so much that countries had to import people. But, with eclipse of Industrial age this trend has waned. Growth, progress and prosperity both at national as well as personal level calls for entrepreneurs. Perhaps they are the largest beacon of hope for any country, especially for Pakistan. With disproportionately high growth in the SME, its well suited to. This course will usher the participants to dynamic, challenging and exciting world of entrepreneurship. Learning Objectives On completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. To develop an understanding of the characteristics and attitudes of successful entrepreneurs, and enhance ones ability to engage in entrepreneurial behavior by fostering an appreciation of ones real talents, strengths and weakness and ways of exploiting them. 2. To have an appreciation of the entrepreneurial process by which real business opportunities not just ideas can be discovered and selected. 3. To develop the communication and critical thinking skills needed to present and respond to critical questions related to ones business model.
