I always set in my mind that it is indeed my pleasure to have my demo teaching in front of my superior because I want to show them

that they have a teacher who is great, effective, quick to learn and most importantly open to suggestions and changes. For me, process observation is one of the best ways to improve your technique, strategy and style in teaching because you have to think and plan every single details in your lesson plan. There is a great expectation from the teacher performance because you were given enough time to give your best. So, gradually, you will improve and used to that style of teaching. As my demo teaching started I was really nervous because all the things I prepared for that day were not there. It was typhoon Pedring then so some of my pupils were not able to attend my class. Being a teacher you should to have to be prepared because in every situation there is imperfection. My voice stammered when I started but I still manage to be enthusiastic with my lesson. I always show my pupils that I am interested with what I am teaching so they would pay attention. I enjoyed it a lot especially when we had the group activity because when I did the materials I was thinking if they could answer it because there were many numbers and boxes to be filled out. But with Gods will they made it. I just noticed that in giving evaluation it should be simplified because with what I did for every items its requires 3 answers so the chances are they would be confused. But still I enjoyed it. Process observation is a good practice because it will lessen the pressure and fear of teachers from the observer. I t will develop rapport and camaraderie between the principal and teacher. This kind of observation is like a grade one teacher who guides his pupil in some of the difficult part of the learning process so he will know what to improve and learn. According to a psychologist Elton George Mayo, some persons are motivated and being productive if they are given time and attention by his superior because they feel that they are important once his superior extend his support and give time to improve. If a person is happy with what he is doing he will become productive. By being productive you can do many good things for your pupils and co teachers. I recommend that this process observation must continue because I believed that it helps a teacher to improve, to think, to plan and make his own style of teaching without pressure.
