Dear Ruud Your help during the Congress was fantastic. Without you the level of innovation would have been nowhere near so high and your experience and practical suggestions were invaluable. Your advice and practical help around the opening session were also so important in getting the meeting off to a good start. Thanks again and no doubt we will work together in the future.
