The e-Stamp certificate will be issued only after the realisation of DD / Pay order.

For cancellation of a e-Stamp, the client has to go to the District Registrars Office and
obtain refund.

authorization letter for collecting the e-Stamp certificate.

SHCIL is not responsible for fixing the stamp duty charges. The stamp duty amount has
to be calculated / confirm by the client.

As per the e-Stamping procedure once the certificate is issued it cannot be cancelled by
SHCIL.

Service Charges applicable as per the Government Order. Client can obtain receipt

2. The correctness of article type and stamp duty amount cannot be confirmed at the e-stamping counter.
3. Cancellation charges are applicable as levied by the State Government.
4. Stamp duty amount should be rounded off to the nearest rupee.
