Describing your experience

We believe that training experiences should be transformational! In order to help achieve that goal, we include fun, educational and inspirational activities in each of our Napa workshops. Below are descriptions of some of our experiences.

of our experiences. Thursday Afternoon: Del Dotto Winery After our morning training session, we will celebrate

After our morning training session, we will celebrate with an unforgettable tasting experience in the caves at Del Dotto Vineyards (www.deldottovineyards.com). We will sample from French and American oak barrels while receiving an education on the science and art of making wine. As VIP guests, we will taste wines not open to the general public. We will end our experience with hors d’oeuvres crafted by executive chef Joshua Schwartz, as well as a tasting of CharDotto Port and handmade chocolates. This is always a favorite experience with our clients (and is Dr. Tim’s favorite winery in Napa Valley).

Thursday Evening:

Dinner prepared by our personal chef

We are flying in a private chef to create an unforgettable dinner experience for us. The menu will be built around the culinary preferences of our attendees and will include spectacular wine pairings.

Friday Afternoon: 4–5 hour limo tour of Napa

Our limo will take us to 3 – 5 unique wineries in Napa Valley. The exact wineries will be chosen after interviewing the individuals attending, but some of our favorites are:

the individuals attending, but some of our favorites are: • Paraduxx: We love their inventive Zinfandel

• Paraduxx: We love their inventive Zinfandel blends as well as their relaxing picnic area. Imagine sinking into an outdoor couch surrounded by vineyards, as you experience wonderful wines paired with perfectly selected cheeses. www.paraduxx.com

Palmaz Vineyards: Run by a charming and imaginative Argentinian family, this winery uses gravity rather than pumps to move their wine. Their beautiful wine cave is the equivalent of an 18-story building placed within the living rock of Mount George. Inventive and interesting with wonderfully elegant wines. www.palmazvineyards.com

• Sterling: The wine is decent, but our main draw to Sterling is riding the tram to their winery. Spectacular views and great for taking pictures. www.sterlingvineyards.com

• Castello Di Amorosa: You just can’t beat an Italian castle built in Napa Valley! It is romantic enough to be featured on the television show “The Bachelor” this past season. The tour is impressive and the atmosphere is fun. www.castellodiamorosa.com

• Robert Biale Vineyards: Family-owned and operated, Biale is recognized

internationally as being one of the very finest producers of Zinfandel. www.robertbialevineyards.com

• Mystery Vineyards: We always like to throw in a few surprises. These wineries tend to be hidden treasures that few people know about, but once you visit them, you will want to have their wines for years to come.

NOTE: You will be on your own for dinner Friday.
