I always shop when a new scheme or offer is on. Extended service warranty is a redundant offer with a good laptop. I can travel any distance to buy my favorite laptop. I believe that a good laptop (from a reliable brand) hardly encounters any glitch. I do not mind paying extra for a good service. I need to have freedom of choosing the features in my laptop even if that comes at a price.
