Silver medal in Mathematics Olympiad awarded by All India Mathematics Teachers Association. PROJECTS Completed 4 weeks summer training at CPWD (Central Public Works Department), Government of INDIA, where we studied the design, construction as well as quality management of buildings. Presently working under Dr. Z. Ahmed,Assistant Professor Department IIT Roorkee on a project on Discharge characteristics of circular side orifice in a rectangular channel . The experimental work is complete and analysis is going on after which a paper would be published. 3D modelling, analysis (also for wind and earthwork load) and concrete design for a seven storey high building, boys hostel built inside the campus. Did a thorough study and prepared a report on Green Buildings, its practices and benefits. Did a case study of Water Management System of Barielly city in Uttar Pradesh,India. EXTRA CURRICULARS Won first prize in paper presentation in Physics Department. Won first prize in Astro-Fi (fiction writing) and Pic Quiz. Attended the workshop of six sigma during technical fest of IITRoorkee and was awarded yellow belt. Active member of SPICMACAY(Society For Promotion Of Indian Culture And Music Amongst Youth) IIT Roorkee chapter. Convener of Cultural Activities, Civil Engineering Consortium (CEC),Departmental Organisation IIT Roorkee. Executive member of the Placement Committee of my Institute.
