Now, again, it is turn of Hyderabad real estate, which was already in boom by the end of 2011 and one gets surprised to hear the prices of Hyderabad HMDA Plots by the end of year 2012 So many factors like the following, have contributed to this : - In the last two years, the Hyderabad Metro City population have increased by more than 7 lakhs - All investors have realised the effects of More Supply - Less Demand situation in Realestate development, in two tier cities of AP and in mandal level towns - Majority came to experience, that metros will always have minimum demand for approved plots and gated community properties - Hyderabad Local issues spoiled the property business in rest of AP than Telangana. - The finishing stage ORR will be the biggest advantage for Hyderabad, for IT and manufacturing Industries from the transportation point of View - The work-in-progress Hyderabad Metro Rail Project will attract many investors from all parts of India - The finishing stage Four-lane work between Hyderabad-Bangalore and Hyderabad-Vijayawada will be another added advantage for hyderabad property investors - Recent announcements like Thimmapur has selected as Rail Cargo Hub for Telangana region, Celkon Mobile company is going to set up its Hyderabad unit at Maheshwaram, MyHome group's upcoming mega villa project near Thimmapur, Symboisis and George Tech universities near Thimmapur, have already alerted Hyderabad metro property investors So, Be the First to get the Early Bird Advantage in this running real boom of Hyderabad property market.
