He wished to pursue a case of RD against the employers. Client thereafter decided that he did not want to continue with the matter. Upon assessment of case it was clear that dismissal for the offence alleged was a reasonable response. No claim for RD was made out. Client insisted that he wished to pursue an internal appeal.
