Project Details: To find out the drawbacks of LG when it came into India. Comparing the strategies with the major competitors like Sony, Samsung etc. What were the parameters which LG kept into consideration to be a market leader?

Process:

Did Market survey and went to Institutions, distributor and retailers to know the market share of particular product. Collected positive and negative feedback from consumers, distributors and retailers. Gave collected data to L.G Electronics for their further innovative processes.

Experiences:

LG is facing better competition in terms of pricing from few brands like Panasonic ,Haier etc Regular innovation and variety of products with competitive prices and huge approach in natural market made LG market leader in consumer durable industry.
