Running Finals All running event participants will need to check into the declaration tent prior to checking in with the clerk. Athletes who do not declare will be scratched. NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS ALLOWED ON THE FIELD - IF ANYONE CAUGHT USING SUNFLOWER SEEDS ON THE FIELD WILL BE REMOVED because the seeds damage the field. Entry Limits: Unlimited Entries, UNATTACHED ATHLETES ALLOWED ($20/unattached athlete) Entry Fee: $200 per gender, $400 for combined mens and womens team, $20 additional for each Mutli athlete $20 per athlete based upon initial entry form. Entries are due no later than Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. Scratches/ Changes: Coaches can manage their roster until Friday, April 1st @ 10am at http://www.trxctiming.com FINALIZED FRIDAY NIGHT RUNNING SCHEDULE: Will be posted by Friday, March 30th @ 11am on trxctiming.com Performance List: Will be posted at the end of each day starting Wednesday evening @ http://www.trxctiming.com Field Events: All throwing events and long and triple jumps will consist of three attempts with the top nine athletes advancing to the finals for three additional attempts. Scoring: Meet will be scored in accordance with the NCAA rules. Packet Pickup: Packets will be available at the press box. Implement Weigh-in: (Located @ Track Shed in Northwest corner of the track) Friday Implement weigh-in (for hammer & javelin, non-multi) will take place from 1:30-3pm. Saturday implement weigh-in (for shot & discus non-multi) will take place from 9am-10am. Scratch/Declaration Schedule: Scratches only will be taken the day of the meet. All field event participants report to competition area. No scratches or declarations need to be made. All running event participants will need to check into the declaration shed by the appropriate times listed to declare your intention to compete or you will be scratched Time/Schedule Schedule will be available @ http://www.trxctiming.com Facilities: Locker rooms will be available for showers following the meet. Please provide your own towels. Do not leave valuables in the locker rooms. Question should be directed to Andrew Koch Manager of Facilities at 314-935-4703. Restrooms are located at the Southeast Corner of the Track. Spikes/Equipment: The maximum allowable spike length will be 7mm (1/4 inch). Pyramid spike only. Blocks will be readily available. Please clean up your area afterwards. Bus Parking/Drop-off: Teams arriving in buses will need to drop off their athletes in front of the Track Gates, and park at the east end of campus in front of Brookings Hall at the corner of Skinker and Forsyth. Teams arriving in vans can park in spaces marked in yellow but are not allowed to park in metered parking or red parking spots.
